The visitor security journey

1. Invite: the host sends a registration link.
2. Pre-register: the guest enters visitor details and a vehicle plate before arrival.
3. Guardhouse: automated car recognition matches the arrival and applies the configured parking rule.
4. Lobby: reception checks the visitor QR and separately approves building entry.
5. Face scan: after reception approval, facial recognition confirms the visitor at a compatible entrance.
6. Exit: checkout and relevant vehicle departure close the visit.

QSENTRY AI critical-area monitoring

Configure critical work areas where gloves or safety helmets are required. QSENTRY watches the selected camera views, surfaces detected exceptions and sends the event to the responsible manager. Detection depends on camera suitability, site conditions and connectivity; supervisors remain responsible for verification and response.

Frequently asked questions

Can we begin with only one area?

Yes. Start at the entrance, reception or one critical area. We assess the current process, choose the first practical scope and leave room to connect more areas later.

Does an LPR match automatically open the barrier?

Only when your agreed access rule allows it. An unmatched plate goes to a staffed check, and sites may require a guard to confirm the visit before parking entry.

Does parking approval also approve building entry?

No. Vehicle access and building access are separate checkpoints. Reception still verifies the visitor and approves entry into the building.

Does every visitor need facial enrolment?

No. Facial access is optional. The same visitor workflow can use QR and assisted entry based on the site configuration and privacy process.

Can AI CCTV replace a safety supervisor?

No. QSENTRY helps surface configured PPE exceptions earlier. Supervisors remain responsible for checking the event, responding and enforcing workplace safety procedures.

Will the QSENTRY AI device work with our existing entrance?

Yes. The standalone device can monitor a turnstile, controlled door, gate or staffed entrance without replacing your existing access system. Final placement depends on the entrance layout and camera view.

What happens if the internet connection drops?

The device keeps detecting and capturing configured events locally. Alerts queue and send after connectivity returns.

Does the flagship device record continuously?

It is designed for privacy-first event capture rather than continuous recording. It captures configured security events as a photo and short video clip for review.
